Welcome to the Amazing world of
The expedition was organised by Snow Leopard Adventures. The camp was located in the Garhwal Region of the Himalayan Mountain range, at a place called Shivpuri, 13Kms from Rishikesh. The beach was called the Leopard Beach.
In this part, the river Ganges is absolutely clean and swift, the water is used by many mineral water companies like T-Series whose plant is located a stone's throw distance away from Leopard Beach. The water is also very cold throughout the year.

The Leopard Beach ... you can see the lovely ganges as it meanders through the Garhwal Hills. Also seen is our raft and the parachute roofed dining hall!

Dangerous Waters Ahead !!!!!
Another dangerous rapid is negotiated. The guy in the orange helmet and purple life jacket is ME!
Behind our raft is the famous Lakshman Jhoola of Rishikesh. Also seen in the front part of the raft, on the left is Partho and on the extreme end of the raft is our trainer Ravi and his wife.
Phew!!! Thats me jumping from a 25 feet rock! Phew again!
We struggle to free our raft as we get trapped in a whirlpool! Again I am in the orange helmet and purple life jacket. Yeaaaaah!
